Located in the heart of Tsawwassen at 1244 56th Street, Delta, BC (V4L 2A4), we’ve spent the past three years bringing this dream to life—working tirelessly to design a venue that feels like a second home to the community. What started as a simple idea—a local spot where people could unwind and enjoy great company—grew into something much more. We noticed a missing piece in our neighborhood: a gathering place that blended entertainment, good food, and the spirit of connection. At Cue’s N Cushion Recreational Lounge, we’ve created more than just a place to play—we’ve crafted a space to connect, compete, and chill. Located at 1244 56th St, Delta, our premium fun lounge is where entertainment meets comfort. Whether you’re aiming for the corner pocket, crushing arcade high scores, or just hanging out with friends over a board game and coffee, there’s something here for everyone.
We offer a wide range of games including pool tables, dart boards, air hockey, arcade basketball, a punching machine, and board games for all ages. And when it’s time to refuel, our on-site café serves up everything from fresh coffee and snacks to sandwiches and sweet treats.

I’m Husain Chappalwala, the proud founder of Cue’s N Cushion. With over a decade of experience in customer service, business development, and elevating customer experiences, I’ve always believed that a successful business begins with understanding and listening to the people it serves.
This lounge is more than just a venture—it’s a passion project deeply inspired by my family’s belief in strong values, lasting bonds, and community spirit. Opening this family-run business is my way of honoring those beliefs and building something to pass on for generations to come.
To me, it’s extremely important to feel connected to your roots, to keep your circle of friends close, and to spend quality time with loved ones—all while being in a space where you can also get things done in a fun, relaxed, and joyful way.
