1. Our Commitment

We strive to ensure that our facility, services, and digital platforms are accessible to all customers, including those with visible and invisible disabilities. We are continually

improving the customer experience for everyone by:

● Making reasonable accommodation when requested

● Ensuring that our digital content is accessible or offering alternate methods of communication when needed

2. Facility Accessibility

Our location at 1244 56th Street, Delta, BC is designed to accommodate guests of all abilities. Accessibility features include:

● Step-free entrances

● Wide doorways and hallways for mobility device access

● Accessible washroom facilities

● Reserved accessible parking spaces

● Flexible table arrangements for mobility device users

● Staff support upon request for navigation or physical assistance

If you require additional accommodations during your visit, our team will be happy to assist in any way possible.

3. Communication & Alternate Formats

We are committed to communicating with guests in ways that consider their accessibility needs. We will:

● Provide documents (such as menus, policies, and promotional materials) in alternative formats upon request (e.g., large print, plain text, or accessible digital formats)

● Accept communication via writing, email, or verbally depending on the guest’s preference

● Train team members on inclusive communication strategies

● Offer support to guests with hearing or speech impairments when needed

4. Assistive Devices

Guests are welcome to use their own assistive devices while visiting Cue’s N Cushion.

We will ensure:

● Our staff is trained to interact with and support individuals using assistive devices (e.g., wheelchairs, walkers, communication boards)

● We accommodate the placement and safe use of such devices in all activity areas whenever possible

5. Service Animals

Cue’s N Cushion welcomes service animals that are required for guests with disabilities. Service animals are permitted in all areas of the venue that are open to the public,

unless excluded by law.

Guests with service animals must maintain control of the animal at all times. Our staff iis trained to recognize and respectfully interact with service animals and their handlers.6. Support Persons Guests with disabilities who require a support person are always welcome to bring them to Cue’s N Cushion. Support persons are not charged an additional fee to accompany a guest, though charges may apply for food, games, or specific event participation.

In certain cases, where safety or security might be a concern, we may require the presence of a support person as a condition of participation.

7. Staff Training

All Cue’s N Cushion staff receive accessibility training as part of their onboarding. This includes:

● Understanding different types of disabilities and accessibility barriers

● Communicating respectfully and effectively with guests with disabilities

● How to use assistive features available at the venue

● Procedures to assist guests during an emergency evacuation

Training is refreshed regularly to reflect policy changes or updates in legal requirements.

8. Website Accessibility

We are committed to ensuring our website is accessible to all users. We strive to follow best practices for accessible web design and content, including:

● Clear, readable fonts and color contrasts

● Compatibility with screen readers and other assistive technologies

● Simple navigation and alternate text for images

● Accessible online forms and contact methods
