At Cue’s N Cushion Ltd., we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and fun environment for families, friends, and community members of all ages. Whether you're playing pool, enjoying our arcade, or participating in an event, we ask every guest to help us maintain a positive, respectful atmosphere.
This Guest Code of Conduct applies to all individuals on our premises. By entering our venue or using our services, you agree to follow the standards outlined below.
Respect for People
We value kindness, inclusion, and community. All guests are expected to:
● Treat staff and fellow patrons with courtesy and respect
● Avoid disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior
● Refrain from using hate speech, discriminatory language, or engaging in harassment of any kind
● Respect others' personal space and comfort
Guests who violate these expectations may be asked to leave immediately, without refund.
No Alcohol, Drugs, or Smoking
Cue’s N Cushion Ltd. is an alcohol-free, drug-free, and smoke-free venue. This
includes:
● No alcohol allowed on the premises at any time
● No recreational or illegal drug use, including cannabis
● No smoking or vaping (including e-cigarettes) on-site or directly outside entrances
We are a fully family-oriented space. Anyone found violating this policy will be removed from the venue immediately.
Respect for Property & Games
We provide premium games and entertainment equipment to be enjoyed by all. Please:
● Use all games (pool tables, darts, arcade machines, etc.) responsibly
● Do not damage or tamper with equipment or furniture
● Return board games and items in good condition
● Report any broken or malfunctioning items to staff
You may be held financially responsible for any intentional damage.
Family-Friendly Atmosphere
Our space is designed for everyone—from young kids to adults. We ask guests to:
● Use appropriate language
● Monitor and supervise children at all times
● Avoid roughhousing, yelling, or behavior that disrupts other guests
● Dress appropriately for a public family venue
Let’s all contribute to a fun, respectful environment.
Photos, Videos & Social Media
Feel free to capture and share your great moments! But please:
● Ask for consent before photographing or filming others
● Avoid using flash or obstructing others’ views
● Refrain from posting offensive or misleading content tagged with our location
We may occasionally capture photos/videos for promotional use. If you prefer not to be included, just let our staff know.
Safety, Security & Emergency Conduct Your safety is our priority. Please:
● Follow all safety signage and staff instructions
● Do not bring any hazardous items onto the premises
● In emergencies, exit calmly and follow staff guidance
● Refrain from blocking walkways, exits, or playing recklessly
We may conduct bag checks for safety reasons.
Removal from Premises
Cue’s N Cushion Ltd. reserves the right to:
● Deny entry or ask any guest to leave for violating this Code
● Permanently ban guests who display dangerous, abusive, or disrespectful conduct
● Involve local authorities if required
No refunds will be issued for removal due to misconduct.
